Questions about branding
Is the logo really made for us?
Yes. Every logo is designed from scratch for your business. We don't use logo generators or buy templates.
Do I get the original files?
Yes, all of them: PNG, SVG and PDF, in colour and one colour, for print and screen. They're yours to keep and use anywhere, with or without us.
How many changes can I ask for?
As many as it takes to be happy with it. Most logos are right within three rounds, because we start from a proper conversation about your business.
I already have a logo. Can you modernise it?
Yes. We can refresh what you have so loyal customers still recognise it, or start again. Tell us on the call.
Will you register the trademark?
No. Registering a trademark is legal work. We design with registration in mind, and can point you to someone who files it with INPI or the EU office.
Can you do it alongside my new website?
Yes, and it's the best way. We agree the logo first, then the 48-hour clock for your website starts, so the two launch together. See websites.
